UnifrogRemember to use Unifrog to help you make your decision and reduce your long list down to a short list.  Its easy to use and will offer you lots of information on your short listed universities which is very helpful even before you have been to an open day.

 

WhichWhich? magazine have a good internet site where you can search and see the profiles of different Universities.  They also have an advice page which you can find from this link.

Which? magazine have just posted this guide on the dos and don’ts of personal statement writing with a video clip with what university admissions tutors are looking for.  They’ve also got some tips about how work experience can help develop your statement and what to try and do this summer.

Personal Statement Help – There is a really good video on You Tube that details what should and shouldn’t go into your personal statement.  It would be wise for you to watch before you embark on writing your first draft.  It is delivered by Jane Marshall the widening participation manager from Imperial College, London.  You can access this video by following this link.
